Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Layer 1 can crescent rolls in bottom of pan. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar and egg together till smooth. Pour on top of crescent roll layer. Mix ¼ cup of sugar, cinnamon and nuts, sprinkle about half of mixture on cream cheese. Layer second can of crescent rolls on top of cream cheese and top with rest of cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 30 min.(For our camp rolls I left out the nuts.)
